Shipping & Refund Policy

 At MyPillShop we do our best for our customers to ensure that there are completely satisfied with our products.

All order is shipped within 2-5 business days after order conformation and once the payment is done. There can be delay for 1-2 days in shipping because of unforeseen and uncontrollable conditions such as weather condition, natural disaster or the recipient was not available. In such cases we will notify the customer about the delay and the estimated delivery date.

All order will be provided with the tracking number so that you can get regular updates on your order. Tracking information will be seen once the order is dispatched from our end. We don't have refund policy on our site.

We follow return policy under certain circumstances;

If the product that you ordered from us is different from the one you ordered.

If the product delivered to you is opened, tampered or damaged, you can send us the evidence by making a video of unwrapping process or by taking photographs and send them on our email. Our customer care executive will call you for more information and we will re-ship your order as soon as possible within next 2-5 days.

We will re-ship your order if the product passed its expiring date, defective item or without original package.

If the customer provided us with a wrong or incomplete address and not received the product. In this case, you need to again place an order and have to pay for fresh order.
