Anafranil capsule is commercially accessible in different dosing strengths of 10mg, 25mg, and 75mg. the dose for the management of obsessive-compulsive disorder in adults: initially, a patient should take 25mg of Anafranil orally once a day and the dose may be gradually enhanced by 25 mg every 3-4 days up to 100 mg per day by the end of 2 weeks. Afterward, the dose may be gradually enhanced over a period of several weeks to 250 mg.

  • If you drink alcohol or have a history of alcohol abuse, then avoid the use of Anafranil.
